Indian on-line journey app Ixigo has invested $3.1 million in electrical bus startup FreshBus.
The seed spherical will go towards the launch of the inter-city electrical bus service throughout India.
The Bengalaru, India-based bus enterprise is launching from Hyderabad and Bengalaru with 24 electrical buses and plans to extend to 1,000 buses throughout India over the subsequent two to a few years.

FreshBus was based by Sudhakar Reddy Chirra, who beforehand launched Abhibus, which was acquired by Ixigo in 2021.
