South Korea: Lifestyle hospitality company Ennismore is ready to open the primary Maison Delano in Asia, situated within the South Korean capital of Seoul.
Set within the Gangnam district within the south of town, Maison Delano Seoul will provide 81 visitor rooms, 52 branded residences, together with F&B venues.
There may even be a members membership, sunken backyard courtyard, an indoor and outside infinity rooftop pool, and a spa and health club.
The Delano model first launched in Miami in 1995. Maison Delano is the city evolution of the idea, with the primary property beneath the brand new model scheduled to open in Paris this spring.
Chadi Farhat, model COO for Delano and head of Center East and Asia Pacific at Ennismore, stated: “Maison Delano is making its strategy to Asia to cater to a rising variety of fashionable travellers who search a classy getaway and elevated experiences with inventive power like no others. We’re extremely excited to carry the Delano model to Seoul, and curate a singular expertise for friends in a metropolis that’s so wealthy in tradition.”
Maison Delano is a part of Ennismore, a three way partnership with Accor and led by Sharan Pasricha, founder and co-CEO, and Gaurav Bhushan, co-CEO. The group contains 14 manufacturers – with over 100 working properties and an extra 140 within the pipeline – and a group of over 190 eating places and nightlife venues.
