Maisons Pariente to open Paris property in June – Enterprise Traveller

Luxurious lodge assortment Maisons Pariente has introduced that its fourth property will open in Paris this spring.

Le Grand Mazarin will open on June 15, 2023 within the French capital’s Marais district, situated on the nook of Rue des Archives and Rue de la Verrerie inside three historic buildings courting again to the 14th century.

The buildings have been restored by inside designer Martin Brudnizki and his London-based Design Studio, and are a contemporary play on French classicism. Count on “eclectic and flamboyant” interiors with whimsical touches and classic objects.

The lodge will comprise 50 rooms and 11 suites, a restaurant with a winter terrace and two bars – one on the bottom ground and one other subterranean venue. The lodge’s restaurant, Boubalé (which means ‘my little darling’ in Yiddish), will characteristic Mediterranean delicacies by chef Assaf Granit.

Leisure services at Le Grand Mazarin will embody an indoor heated pool, jacuzzi, health centre and a hammam.

Brudnicki commented on his design, stating:

“I like the idea of the literary salon of yesteryear and this was one of many major sources of inspiration when designing Le Grand Mazarin. We wished the lodge to really feel as if it has at all times been part of Le Marais’ panorama so we sought inspiration from the good homes of the aristocratic period, the place figures from literature, artwork and music gathered in luxurious residences, exchanging concepts and ideas. Our idea of Le Grand Mazarin was to reignite this atmosphere for the trendy day, the place company really feel as if they’ve arrived dwelling and have the liberty to precise themselves.”
