MyDigitalOffice acquires enterprise intelligence answer InTouch Information

MyDigitalOffice (MDO), a cloud-based platform for sourcing, processing and storing resort knowledge, has acquired Australian-based InTouch Data for an undisclosed sum.

Maryland-based MDO says the acquisition will allow it to speed up growth within the Center East and Asia Pacific markets whereas rising its portfolio to incorporate world luxurious manufacturers like AccorShangri-La Hotels and Resorts and Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts Group.

InTouch, based in 2001, gives a user-friendly platform that captures a resort’s income streams in a single place and helps homeowners and operators make worthwhile selections. The platform helps accommodations reinforce a tradition of knowledgeable decision-making, says Alex Lee, chief industrial officer with Jumeirah Inns.
