Wizz Air’s Luton-based fleet to change to A321 neo by 2025 – Enterprise Traveller

Low-cost provider Wizz Air has introduced plans to exchange its Luton-based fleet with A321 neo plane by 2025.

The airline has 11 plane stationed at London Luton airport, six of that are A321 neos together with three A321 ceos and two A320 ceo plane.

Decommissioned plane from LLA will rejoin Wizz Air’s international fleet till 2027, after which they are going to be changed by new A321 neo plane.

The A321 neo plane is configured with 239 seats and, in accordance with Wizz Air, presents an almost 50 per cent discount in noise footprint, 20 per cent discount in gas consumption and half the quantity of nitrogen oxide emissions in comparison with earlier era plane.
